早餐選擇少，量也少，設施老舊，床單毛巾挺乾淨~下單的訂單每晚有贈送咖啡，在這住了好幾天都沒去喝過，今晚去前台一個男的馬來人問説券給完了讓我要喝去花錢買？？？是搞笑嗎,你沒券是你們內部問題，本來就是贈送的還要我花錢買，這是你們解決問題的方式？服務非常差！

酒店位置選在市區，酒店設施陳舊，泊車也很不方便，早餐種類很少，味道不佳，我們還是出外便吃，酒店房間設施也是很老舊，整體來說感覺一般，借宿一宵還可以

這麼多年出門住過體驗最差的酒店。先是訂了三晚的套房，房間老舊有味就不説了，臨馬路晚上巨吵，跟住在馬路邊上沒有區別，根本沒有隔音一説，什麼車過去都震得響。嘗試睡覺無果，半夜下去兩次協調，第一次被告知所有套房都在靠馬路這邊，換房的話不能退差價，第二次實在睡不著要求換房，換了個更潮濕有味老舊的房間。忍著住了兩個晚上，實在受不了第三晚換地方了。千萬別來

這個酒店我住了4晚，酒店前台人員對接總是有問題，第一晚我到了酒店後立即跟前台説我要續房，前台人員説好的，第二天11.30就催我退房，告知我房滿了，讓我立刻收拾行李退房，溝通了很久對方都説你沒有續房，真的無語，最終雙倍價格續了房，在最後一天我下午五點的飛機想2點退房，跟前台溝通説什麼都不願意，必須要加180人民幣，正常退房時間是下午一點，我衹是想延遲1小時溝通了很久都不可以，最後衹能加加錢，環境也比較老舊，隔音非常差，住了4天沒有一天睡好的

시내위치한 가성비 갑의 호텔입니다. 조식 후기가 좋지 않아 별 기대 없었지만 나름 괜찮았습니다. 청소나 침구정리도 깔끔 합니다. 다만 큰 기대는 접고 실용성 위주로 잠깐 머문다면 추천 드립니다만, 가족 휴양 숙소는 아니니 참고하시면 됩니다. 2박이상 넘기지 마실것 추천.

Checked in at the hotel at around 9.30pm. I noticed the air conditiong was kinda hot. But i thought to myself, I’ll give it some time run first. Maybe it’ll get better soon. Then an hour later, it was still hot, so i called operator, and she said she will send someone to our room. Waited about 30 minutes or more, still nobody came. I called the second time, and she said she’ll get someone to our room again. And that’s it, nobody came to our room, to help us with the air conditioning. And we were to tired to wait already. So My 8 month old baby sleept sweating that night and i had to fan him with the note book that they put beside the bed. Upon checkout, I complained to the receptionist and the manager about the incident, and they checked on their system that the issue had been resolved. Which was abvioustly a lie. So the manager said he will investigate the matter and he promised something to me. So i hope he keep his words. I’m a regular here, so i know there was something wrong with the air conditioning. I know the quality of the hotel. So let’s see wether the manager is serious about his words.

酒店開業時間久了，設備的確顯得老舊但都不影響入住。這個價算性價比很高了。地理位置好，出門直接走對面小鐵門出去過馬路就是imago，吃飯，購物，看電影都非常方便。打車去加雅街，丹絨日落都很近，很方便。

Everything is great except for the lighting in Room 568, why is it so dim? I was straining my eyes on my laptop because lighting wasn't that great. Bed is comfortable and bathroom spacious enough. The big fridge was a bonus, the same with the pantry. Recommended stay as this hotel is very near to Imago Shopping Mall

部屋の広さはとても良かった。立地に関しては地図上ではショッピングセンターが向かい側でいいなと思ったけど、意外と歩くと大変。結果的に20分近くかかる。また、日本のように歩道が整備されてないため結構難関。grabが主ならば問題無し。部屋は少しカビ臭い。古いせいもあるかも。タオルはシミがあったりした。入って手を洗うと水が流れず困ったが、すぐに対応してくれた。おすすめできる！というほどでもないけど絶対辭めとけ！って感じでもない。東南アジア、ローカルを受け入れられる人なら全然許容範囲內だと思う！
